This policy applies to both B2C retail orders and B2B custom orders placed on our website.
B2C Retail Orders
Products may be eligible for return or refund within 30 calendar days after goods are received.
Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item has manufacturing quality defects.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 7‑14 business days to your original payment method.
B2B Custom‑made Orders
B2B custom‑produced goods are manufactured according to customer‑provided specifications.
Custom orders are NOT eligible for unconditional return or refund.
Refund will only be considered if confirmed manufacturing quality defects exist.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet above conditions.
